Yellow Cup Cakes


(makes for 24 regular size cup cakes)


Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1 Tbs of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of butter (= 2 sticks)

How to make:
1. Mix all dry ingredients. Set aside.
2. Mix butter and sugar until the batter is smooth.
3. Add eggs (one by one) and keep mixing it.
4. Slowly, add milk while mixing.
5. Add the dry ingredients. Mix them well.
6. On a cup cakes mold, pour the batter about 2/3 full.
7. Bake for 28 - 30 minutes on 350 F.
8. Decorate the cup cakes as you desire. Ready to serve.
